Bookings are limited to monitor and identify commercial waste. Arriving significantly earlier or later than your booked appointment may result in us being unable to guarantee entry. Where possible please take waste to your nearest Household Waste Recycling Centre. We monitor visits to ensure fair use of the service.
How to amend/cancel a visit
You must book in advance before you visit the tip. Business, Commercial and Trade Waste bookings You can also email queries to customer services on from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. It’s only available for visitors to drop off items – visitors cannot search through or take items. A large variety of materials can be disposed of at the recycling centre.
Mixed bags of waste cannot be accepted.Card payments only. Residents may dispose of limited amounts of DIY waste for free, once per week. This includes waste that has originated from houses that are leased where it is the landlord or an appointed third party who is attempting to dispose of the waste. Trade or commercial waste is not permitted.
